As a senior leader, Larry directs all company operations, guiding teams, managing high-profile projects, and ensuring the delivery of efficient, sustainable, and code-compliant building systems.
His extensive knowledge, strategic vision, and hands-on expertise make him a trusted authority in the MEP industry.
With a career defined by decades of dedication and leadership, Larry continues to drive the success of every project while mentoring the next generation of engineers.
Chad Blackmon
MEP Coordinator / Project Manager
Chad brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, coordinating projects across commercial, residential, and institutional sectors.
Known for his meticulous attention to detail, he ensures that designs are accurately implemented, systems function efficiently, and projects stay on schedule and meet code requirements.
As an MEP Coordinator, Chad serves as the vital link between design teams, contractors, and project managers, facilitating clear communication and seamless workflow.
His practical expertise and problem-solving approach make him a trusted resource on every project.
With more than two decades in the field, Chad continues to drive successful project outcomes while fostering collaboration and supporting the professional growth of his colleagues.
German Bonilla

German is a licensed Professional Engineer specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, bringing over six years of experience in designing, managing, and delivering high-quality building projects.
With a strong technical foundation and hands-on expertise, German excels at optimizing MEP systems to ensure efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with industry standards and codes.
Passionate about continuous learning and advancing engineering practices, he is dedicated to creating safe, reliable, and energy-efficient environments for every project.
Christie Gebhardt
MEP Project Manager
Christie is a skilled Project Manager specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
With a degree in Drafting & Design Technology (DDT), she brings exceptional drafting and design expertise to every project.
A key member of the Blackmon Consulting Engineers team since 2013, Christie is known for delivering precise, efficient, and high-quality MEP project plans.
George Karydis
Director of Business and Resource Development
George is a results-driven leader and NATO veteran with over 28 years of international experience.
He began his career as a Military Police Officer at the Araxos Air Force Base in Greece, a role that established the foundation of discipline, integrity, and strategic precision he brings to Blackmon Consulting Engineers today.
Having led large-scale growth and innovation initiatives across Europe and Asia for global brands such as Bayer and Korn Ferry, George now focuses his expertise on the U.S. market.
As Director of Business and Resource Development, he oversees strategic planning and client partnerships, bridging the gap between high-level vision and pragmatic, solutions-focused execution.
George holds a BA (Hons) in Corporate Communications from Nottingham Trent University (UK), an MSc in Communications, and an MA in Marketing from the University of Ulster (UK).
Regina Kinney
Senior Project Manager / MEP Designer
Regina is a Senior MEP Project Manager at Blackmon Consulting Engineers and has been with the firm since 2006.
She studied Computer-Aided Design at Tarrant County College and has developed exceptional MEP design expertise, going well beyond traditional drafting.
Regina excels at creating innovative, efficient, and technically precise solutions for complex projects, combining her design skills with hands-on experience to ensure the highest standards of quality and functionality.
Her deep understanding of MEP systems and design principles allows her to lead projects with clarity and precision, delivering solutions that are both practical and forward-thinking.
Beckie Naeyaert
Office Manager
Beckie manages daily office operations, oversees administrative functions, and provides vital support to ensure the team runs efficiently.
Since joining the firm in 2014, she has been a steady presence, contributing organization, consistency, and reliability to the company’s success.

Office Cat & Chief Comfort Officer
Sophie is the beloved office companion, keeping spirits high with purrs, cuddles, and plenty of curiosity.
A connoisseur of soft pâtés, she can often be found lounging in sunny spots, supervising meetings from the comfort of a cozy chair, or offering moral support to the team during busy days.
With a knack for making everyone smile and a talent for finding the warmest nap spots, Sophie has earned the unofficial title of Chief Comfort Officer, proving that productivity and purrs go hand in paw.
